2. Protect: Cover it with a pressing cloth (parchment paper or a clean kitchen towel).

3. Press: Apply a hot iron (cotton setting, no steam) and press firmly for 20 to 30 seconds.

4. Set the back: Turn the garment inside out and iron the back for another 15 seconds. Let it cool.
