1. Prepare: Lay your garment flat and position the patch in the desired spot.

2. Protect: Cover it with a protective cloth (baking paper or a clean kitchen towel).

3. Press: Apply a hot iron (cotton setting, no steam) and press firmly for 20 to 30 seconds.

4. Fix the reverse side: Turn the garment over and iron again on the reverse side for 15 seconds. Let it cool.
